We maintain a stocked warehouse to provide fast access to critical parts reducing downtime.

- Preventative maintenance visits Annual preventative maintenance ensures that your system is in sound working order and will extend the life of your power equipment.
- Battery renewal programs Batteries wear out over time and need replacing even if they are not called into service. IPS has extensive knowledge of batteries, and is experienced with all major battery manufacturers.
- 24/7 emergency hotline Access to our emergency hotline will provide peace of mind in the event a problem occurs on a weekend or outside of normal business hours.
- Depot service center Our facility is equipped with in-house UPS testing beds and expert technicians capable of component-level diagnostics and repair.
