 At IPS, the focus of our Project Management (PM) team is to make certain your installation runs smoothly from start to finish. We work closely with contractors, plant managers, and onsite personnel to ensure all project objectives are reached on time and on budget.
Our PM team will oversee all aspects of system delivery and installation to ensure your power equipment is designed to the agreed upon specifications. We are highly experienced in participating in project meetings, conference calls and providing regular status updates.
