Intelligent Power Solutions Service Equipment Partnership (IPS²EP) is a valued-added, 2- or 3-year service agreement that is designed to control costs and maximize uptime of your uninterruptible power systems. IPS²EP warrants the complete UPS as part of the agreement.  Also included are device tracking, discounted labor and travel rates, and an upgrade/replacement parts option.
